I have read this contract and fully understand it and agree this cattle will appear at the sale (on video or live) and I will be responsible for all applicable fees. Furthermore, I understand that in addition to the consignment fee, I am responsible for the Sales Commission of 3% OR $20 per head minimum charge (whichever is greater). No sale fees are $5 per head.
